Here's a few pictures of Styx (Brylach Over the Broomstick with Cusidh) learning to swim recently. A skill she's pretty much got the hang of now. First up here she is drying off.

Congratulations to Jenefer Cooper and Aureole at Chapeltower, or Toffee, as Ian called her. Toffee has just won her postgraduate class at Three Counties last weekend. She had been staying up at Craigend with the aim of having puppies with Ronan (Cusidh Homecoming). This would have linked the pedigrees back to Ardkinglas Polka and Pattie who were litter sisters and the foundation bitches of both the Chapeltower and Cusidh lines. A further link were brothers (from two litters) Chapeltower Zog and Chapeltower Zak who were Gr, Gr, Grandparents of Ronan and Aureole respectively. However, ever so dissapointedly for everyone concerned it was to not to be this time. However, it's great to see her back in the ring and doing so well. Here she is with John Francis doing a super job handling her.

The Cusidhs, especially Ronan (Cusidh Homecoming), certainly don't seem to have any problem jumping. However, Banrigh (Ch Drawing Down the Moon to Cusidh) decided that she wanted to show 5 month old Styx (Brylach Over the Broomstick with Cusidh) a thing or or too. Needless to say Styx manged this low lying log without any trouble!

We're very pleased to introduce a new Clan Cusidh member - Brylach Over the Broomstick with Cusidh (or Styx for her pet name). She was bred by Charlie and Moira Spence up in  Keith in Banffshire from Loch Maree by Brylach back In December 2011. Our own Cusidh Righ Innse Gall was the sire. She's a lovely character and is settling in well. We've attempted a few photos  (see below) but that's an area for improvement lets say so please check back for progress updates.

We are very sorry to announce the death of Hallaig (Cusidh Coille Hallaig). Hallaig would have been 10 years old in June and was very much loved. He died at home on 22nd March 2012.
